We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Consultant to work for a luxury lingerie and sleepwear brand. You will be working in the Top Department store in Knightsbridge.
Ideally you will have previous experience working in lingerie or a love of lingerie and leisurewear. If you have strong interpersonal skills and strong sales skills you will be given a good welcome from the team!
Working in lingerie the person needs to gain trust immediately with the customer and reassure them with practical skills and expertise.
The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand
- Resolve Customer questions and queries
- Introducing the customer to additional products
- Keeping the Department neat and tidy
- Working closely with the Managers and colleagues
- Checking Stock levels, doing store counts and ensuring all stock is out on display
- Providing in-store Brand/company training as well as seasonal training
