Showroom Administrative Assistant – Nottinghill/Holland Park – £20/£21

Join this air conditioned office! Looking for someone with 2 years customer service experience to join this small and friendly office based close to Nottinghill/Holland Park.  Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Use your strong Word and Excel.  If you have not previously used Sage the company is happy to teach you.

Dealing with processing online sales, customer sales, e-shop sales etc. Preparing transport paperwork, booking transport and invoicing.

Utilise your strong customer service skills on the phone, liaising with stockists, distributors and  customers.  Responsible for ordering stationery, packing up samples or accessories and arranging despatch.

Ideally you will be able to work on your own initiative but be part of a successful and friendly team.
