Laser Technician Support
This Private Clinic is looking for someone to work closely with their surgeons to plan and programme treatments and to check protocols in the operating room. A key responsibility is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the MEL90 excimer laser.
Due to the technical nature of the role, successful candidate will be required to troubleshoot IT problems and work with the Technology Manager in the maintaining the smooth running of all equipment, whether diagnostic, IT or surgical.
You will also be involved in the analysis of digital ultrasound scans, monitoring of the quality of data entry into the database, data collection for clinical research projects, editing of videos for presentations and assisting the research projects, editing of videos for presentations and assisting the Research Team with writing papers for conferences and publications in journals.
This role would suit someone skilled and confident in the use of MS Office, email and internet – skilled and confident in the use of Ms Windows to an administration standard (some network/service experience would be beneficial). An ability to problem solve!
Shifts typically are: 7:30 am to 4.30 pm; 9am to 6 pm. Salary is circa £25,000 p.a. VG Benefits including: 28 days holiday; Occupational Pension Scheme; Private Health Insurance; Private Dental Care. The role is based in the West End of London.
