A highly successful and reputable British Lighting Company who designs as well as manufactures unique lighting solutions for commercial and residential property as well as hotels, aviation and marine units.
Due to the rapid growth of the company they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager ( Business Development Manager )with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and would like to be part of building a successful business. The role is to go out, increase brand awareness and generatenew business for the company in Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.
The role of Regional Sales Manager involves presenting the product and brand to new potential customers. You will provide realistic quotes, follow up on all main leads and enquiries to maximise the chance of converting them into sales while offering a professional service and building long term relationships with clients ensuring repeat business.
There is support and assistance within the company to ensure that the right candidate will excel in the role and bring in new business. The right candidate will ideally have a background in strong sales and have experience working with Designers and Architects.
The right person will be provided with the appropriate training and will be shown around the factories and Head Office. This will provide full product knowledge allowing to promote the brand in the best way and sell the products. Laptop provided
Salary : Basic 30K – 40K with 2% commission on increased sales in an untapped market
